سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

نوصّل إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية برسوم ثابتة قدرها 20 ريال لكل طلب، تظهر لك عند  إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع. الطلبات بقيمة 250 ريال فما فوق تشحن مجاناً

نجهّز الطلبات ونسلّمها لشركة الشحن خلال 1-3 آيام عمل (من الأحد إلى الخميس)، وتصل عادةً خلال 2-7 أيام عمل. ستصلك بيانات تتبّع الشحنة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية فور شحنها.

إذا لم يصلك طلبك خلال 15 يومًا، يحق لك إلغاؤه واسترداد كامل المبلغ.

يُرجى التأكد من عنوانك قبل الدفع. وإذا أُعيدت الشحنة بسبب خطأ في العنوان، فإن تكلفة إعادة إرسالها على العميل.

 صوّرها وراسلنا على helo@qamos.co، وسنستبدلها أو نعيد المبلغ.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Saudi Arabia for a flat SAR 20 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery for orders worth SAR 250 and above.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the carrier and your city. You'll get tracking by email or SMS once your parcel ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Please check your address before paying. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, sending it again is at your cost.

Parcel arrived damaged? Photograph it and email hello@qamos.co. We'll replace or refund it.
