سياسة الاسترجاع

• يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلامه.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، في تغليفه الأصلي، وبكامل محتوياته.
• المنتجات التي تُعاد بحالة مختلفة عن الحالة التي أُرسلت بها لن يُسترد مبلغها، وسنبلغك بذلك ونعيدها إليك.
• تكلفة شحن الإرجاع على العميل، ولا تُسترد رسوم التوصيل الأصلية.

طريقة الإرجاع: راسلنا على qamos.sa@gmail.com مع رقم الطلب قبل إرسال أي شيء، وسنرد عليك بعنوان الإرجاع. بعد وصول المنتج إلينا والتحقق من حالته، نعيد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 أيام عمل.

ما لا يمكن إرجاعه: المنتجات المخصّصة، ومنها بطاقات التهنئة التي كتب فريقنا رسالتها لك، ورسوم تغليف الهدايا بعد تغليف الهدية.

الهدايا: إذا وصلتك هدية، يمكنك إرجاعها بالشروط نفسها، ويُعاد المبلغ إلى الشخص الذي دفع ثمنها.

المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو الخاطئة: أبلغنا في أي وقت مع إرفاق صور، وسنستبدل المنتج أو نعيد كامل المبلغ بما فيه رسوم التوصيل، ونتحمّل تكلفة الإرجاع.

تأخر الطلب: إذا لم يصلك طلبك خلال 15 يومًا، يحق لك إلغاؤه واسترداد كامل المبلغ.

Returns and refunds

• You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
• It must be unused, in its original packaging, with everything intact. Items returned in a different state from how they were sent will not be refunded. We will let you know and send them back to you.
• You pay the return shipping, and the original delivery fee is not refunded.

How to return: email qamos.sa@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything, and we'll reply with the return address. Once the item reaches us and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method within 7 working days.

Not returnable: personalized items, including greeting cards our team has written for you, and the gift wrap fee once a gift has been wrapped.

Gifts: if you received a gift, you can return it on the same terms. The refund goes to the person who paid.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items: tell us any time, with photos. We'll replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery, and cover the return.

Late orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 15 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.
